Splash Rocket

Even stomp rockets need some sort of fuel to take off, why not a sharp stream of water that shoots out the bottom of the rocket? The Splash Rocket was created after seeing too many people by the pool stay dry with a traditional stomp rocket. Not only will the Splash Rocket shoot up to 100 feet in the air, but it will send a stream of water with it; soaking those in its path!
